  1. Kale.
  2. 1 table spoon of olive oil.
  3. 2 table spoons of vinegar.
  4. Fleur de sel PrimerSol.

Preparation

  • Cut up kale in small pieces and place them in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil, vinegar and fleur de sel PrimerSol.
  • Expand them over a tray and place in the oven from 7 to 10 minutes, do not take out until they are crunchy.
