  1. Fleur de sel PrimerSol.
  2. ¼ pound of Salmon.
  3. 4 lemon slices.
  4. Olive oil.
  5. Rosemary. 

Preparation

  • In a crystal tray place salmon with olive oil.
  • Add fleur de sel Primer Sol.
  • Place lemon slices over salmon and rosemary leaves.
  • Cover tray with tin foil.
  • Heat in oven for 20 minutes or until lemon is dehydrated.
