- Fleur de sel PrimerSol.
- ¼ pound of Salmon.
- 4 lemon slices.
- Olive oil.
- Rosemary.
Preparation
- In a crystal tray place salmon with olive oil.
- Add fleur de sel Primer Sol.
- Place lemon slices over salmon and rosemary leaves.
- Cover tray with tin foil.
- Heat in oven for 20 minutes or until lemon is dehydrated.
