Healthy and fresh option with Primer Sol

- 2 pounds of grounded fish.
- ½ of lemon juice.
- 3 cups of chopped tomatoes.
- 1 cup of chopped onion.
- 1 cup of chopped cilantro.
- 2 cups of stripped carrots.
- ½ - 1 cup of olive oil.
- Pepper.
- Fleur de sel PrimerSol.
Preparation
- Mix grounded fish with lemon juice and fleur de sel PrimerSol.
- Place in the fridge until color changes to white.
- Remove lemon juice.
- Add the tomato, onion and carrot. Mix well.
- Add the olive oil, pepper and fleur de sel PrimerSol.
- Serve with crackers or tostadas.
