Healthy and fresh option with Primer Sol

  1. 2 pounds of grounded fish.
  2. ½ of lemon juice.
  3. 3 cups of chopped tomatoes.
  4. 1 cup of chopped onion.
  5. 1 cup of chopped cilantro.
  6. 2 cups of stripped carrots.
  7. ½ - 1 cup of olive oil.
  8. Pepper.
  9. Fleur de sel PrimerSol.

Preparation

  • Mix grounded fish with lemon juice and fleur de sel PrimerSol.
  • Place in the fridge until color changes to white.
  • Remove lemon juice.
  • Add the tomato, onion and carrot. Mix well.
  • Add the olive oil, pepper and fleur de sel PrimerSol.
  • Serve with crackers or tostadas.
