  1. Fleur de sel PrimerSol.
  2. Four tuna medallions.
  3. Four slices of ciabatta bread.
  4. 7 ounces of lettuce.
  5. ½ cup of tomato.
  6. Black or white sesame.
  7. 5 ounces of olive oil.
  8. 2 ounces of mustard.
  9. 3 halves of lemon.
  10. Pepper.

Preparation

  • Cover the tuna medallions with salt, pepper and sesame and cook in hot pan.
  • Add olive oil to the ciabatta slices and heat.
  • Dressing: place in bowl the olive oil, mustard and lemon juice. Mix.
  • Salda: Chop lettuce and slice tomato.
  • Place tuna and salad over the bread.
