- Fleur de sel PrimerSol.
- Four tuna medallions.
- Four slices of ciabatta bread.
- 7 ounces of lettuce.
- ½ cup of tomato.
- Black or white sesame.
- 5 ounces of olive oil.
- 2 ounces of mustard.
- 3 halves of lemon.
- Pepper.
Preparation
- Cover the tuna medallions with salt, pepper and sesame and cook in hot pan.
- Add olive oil to the ciabatta slices and heat.
- Dressing: place in bowl the olive oil, mustard and lemon juice. Mix.
- Salda: Chop lettuce and slice tomato.
- Place tuna and salad over the bread.
