lngredients
- 2 pounds of beef.
- 2 cups of sliced green bell pepper.
- 1 cup of sliced onion.
- Fleur de sel Primer Sol.
Preparation
- Fry in low heat the sliced bell peppers and onion.
- Cook beef in low heat and let the juice gather.
- Add the bell peppers and onions.
- Cover pan and let it sit until it is fully cooked.
- Serve with handmade tortillas.
