Jicama and watermelon
ceviche

lngredients

  1. Two cups of watermelon.
  2. Two cups of jicama.
  3. Half an onion.
  4. ¼ cup of lemon juice.
  5. ½ cup of olive oil.
  6. Fleur de sel PrimerSol.
  7. Cilantro.
  8. Pepper.
  9. Tostadas.
  10. Chilli poder.

Preparation

  • Chop the jicama, watermelon and onion into cubes and mix together.
  • Add the lemon juice.
  • Add chopped cilantro.
  • Add olive oil.
  • Season with fleur de sel and pepper.
  • Mix.
  • Serve with the tostadas and add chilli powder on top.
