Jicama and watermelon

- Two cups of watermelon.
- Two cups of jicama.
- Half an onion.
- ¼ cup of lemon juice.
- ½ cup of olive oil.
- Fleur de sel PrimerSol.
- Cilantro.
- Pepper.
- Tostadas.
- Chilli poder.
Preparation
- Chop the jicama, watermelon and onion into cubes and mix together.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Add chopped cilantro.
- Add olive oil.
- Season with fleur de sel and pepper.
- Mix.
- Serve with the tostadas and add chilli powder on top.
